Cancellation Policy

At Jawai Sajana Safari, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent to ensure a smooth experience for our guests.

1. Cancellation Before Check-in Date:
   • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
   • Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
   • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for any refund.
2. Early Departures & No-Shows:
   • If a guest decides to check out before the booked departure date, no refund will be provided for the remaining nights.
   • In case of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), the entire booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be given.
3. Tour Cancellations:
   • Cancellation of the tour is subject to the rules of the travel agent organizing the tour.
   • Please read all the rules and facilities mentioned in the attached flyer carefully before making a booking. Ensure you are well-informed and satisfied before confirming your reservation.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
2. The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.
3. Any bank or transaction charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.

Modification Policy

1. Date modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date.
2. Changes made within 7 days of the check-in date may incur additional charges.

Force Majeure Clause

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable situations, Jawai Sajana Safari reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings. In such cases, guests may be offered an alternative booking date or a partial refund based on management discretion.
